BTW if u have an fps between 25 - 30 in non laggy areas an between 15 - 25 in los santos is it than good to use this mod? | |

| No i'm playing on a pc that is made in 2000 XD I'm using NGE 1.5 on low quality now, cod 4 sound mods, millenia, grim weapon mods and my fps isn't going lower than 23,i'm happy with that  Thx King, the mod is 1337  | |

| change all in Complements in IGM tool to gta3.ing opel Required Files and copy it to models >>> opel HQ or MQ or LQ and copy all to models sounds >> change GENRL to audio >> SFX and copy it and have fun ;D | |
