How about bringing the chat of the forum for the location marked on the image and leave it always on? Would be much better than the current. Btw nobody uses. A good example is the chat on forum partyserver.

I always see advertisements about downloads inside red area. it happens to everyone?

Those that use an add filter can block them. The rest have to see them
